We feel that giving good service to our customers is our utmost priority , herein we have pasted a few of the feedbacks posted on a World famous auction site as a guide to what people think of us, all of these are written by the customers with regard to our Jazz DVD R material. We make a simple promise if any DVD is faulty (as occasionally these things may be due to the fragility of the medias concerned) an immediate replacement will be sent or a full refund initiated without quibbles).

I will add the complete list over the next few days, these are genuine customers not made up by us to make us look good.

Hi there,

You are so quick and efficient I didn't get a chance to get back with my free disc choice to you before the discs arrived.

I'd really like the Al Di Meola and Jan Hammer midnight special but there wasn't a add to cart button so I thought maybe it's not available at the moment. If it's not available any of the following would be great, Al Di Meola Frankfurt 1978, Al Di Palladium NYC 1991 or Mahavishnu 1972.

Thanks again for a great site, there is so much I'd like but i have to pace myself.

Hi there - can I just say I am stunned by the quality of this disc- I thought OK it will be watchable with muffled sound etc - BUT I actually got a first class product which I don't think I could get ANYWHERE else - thank you .............. cheers neil
